We scope it
We read what you need and ask the questions that actually change the price. You get back a written scope, a cost breakdown, and the assumptions we made. Nothing starts on a phone call.

Technology, procurement, construction and communications from one Abuja contractor. When a job crosses trades, nobody gets an alibi.
We would rather be the one company you call, and the one you hold responsible.
Greencrest is an Abuja company. We manage projects, build and secure IT systems, buy and supply equipment, put up buildings, and handle advertising, public relations and branding. Eight disciplines, one company, one contract.
Clients come to us when a job will not sit in one box. A supply contract that needs its technical specification written before anyone can quote it. A programme that has to be delivered and then explained to the public. Split that across three vendors and, the day something slips, everyone has an alibi.
Hire us for one of these, or for all eight on the same job.
We run the job from the first drawing to the final handover. Scope, budget, programme, contractors, and a close-out report you can put in a file. The point is the right result at the right cost, not the cheapest line on the quote.
We plan and build IT systems, test them against attack and close the gaps, and write software where nothing off the shelf fits. If you would rather not hire the staff, we also run the help desk, the network, the backups and the move to cloud.
We find the supplier, negotiate the price, manage the contract and get the goods to you. Cost, quality and delivery date, all three, with the paperwork to prove each one.
Building works, residential, commercial or industrial, from planning and budget through construction to handover.
Messaging, media relations and campaigns, for organisations that need to be understood or need to correct the record.
Billboards, press, radio, television and digital. We write the adverts and produce them in house, then place them.
Name, logo, colours and the way you talk about yourself. For a new organisation, or one that has outgrown how it looks.
Courses in every field we work in, taught by the people who do the work rather than by career trainers.

Some jobs need information collected from thousands of people spread across the country, gathered fast and recorded well enough that it survives being challenged later. We build that system and we run it. We do not resell somebody else’s and hope it fits.

Contracts delivered, and the platforms and programmes we have run.

In 2024 the Corps put the supply of backup power units for its National Headquarters in Abuja out to tender. We won it, supplied all 237 units inside the four weeks the contract allowed, and covered them with a one-year warranty and after-sales support.

Greencrest worked as consultants to NASSCO on data, monitoring and verification. The job is the unglamorous half of any safety-net programme: confirming that the people in the register are the people on the ground, watching the numbers move, and reporting what is actually happening in a form the programme can act on.
Scope, dates and figures for this engagement still to be added.
Three points where you see something real, not three months of silence.
We read what you need and ask the questions that actually change the price. You get back a written scope, a cost breakdown, and the assumptions we made. Nothing starts on a phone call.
Suppliers confirmed, people assigned by name, dates fixed against your deadline. You see the plan before the first invoice, not after the first delay.
Progress reported on a fixed day. Handover against the checklist you signed. Then one file with every certificate, waybill and photograph in it.
Send us the requirement. We come back with a scope and a price.
